Prior to founding Xpert*Assistance, Mr. Pierce was Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Clear Communications, Lincolnshire, IL where he directed all corporate product strategy and marketing efforts for their proactive performance management product line. Clear Communications offers a suite of software applications and services that proactively manage service levels, performance and network reliability for telecommunication customer service centers worldwide.

Mr. Pierce also has held positions in engineering, system analysis and marketing at Teradyne Telecommunications and Motorola Cellular Infrastructure. He has a computer engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, with an emphasis in business-to-business marketing.
